WOMAN ARRESTED FOR VANDALIZING FAMILY MEMBER’S DOOR WITH BRICK OVER CIGARETTES
A woman was arrested after allegedly smashing the glass door of a her mother’s residence with a brick during a disturbance on July 14, 2026.
According to the Crossville Police Department report, officers responded to Myrtle Ave. following reports of Lindsey Lamm acting irate and causing a disturbance. On scene, police learned that Lamm had attempted to enter a separate building on the property to retrieve cigarettes. When told by a resident to return to her own building and wait for her mother to return, Lamm reportedly picked up a brick and shattered the glass door before walking away.
Lamm later admitted to breaking the door when questioned by officers. The estimated damage to the window was approximately $250.
Lamm was taken into custody and transported to the Cumberland County Justice Center on a vandalism charge. The case has been cleared by police.
