CHATTANOOGA SCHOOL BUS DRIVER APPEARS IN COURT FOR THE FIRST TIME
The school bus driver who is accused in the deaths of six school children in Chattanooga appeared in court Tuesday. Attorneys for Johnthony Walker asked for a delay in the preliminary hearing for Walker who is charged with six counts of vehicular homicide, reckless endangerment and reckless driving. The judge postponed Tuesday’s hearing and rescheduled a preliminary hearing for Walker for Dec. 15.
