Anderson County deputies and officers from a variety of area law enforcement agencies arrested 18 individuals as part of “Operation Shock Gobble.”

The Morgan County Sheriff’s Office, the 7th Judicial Violent Crime and Drug Task Force, the Oak Ridge Police Department, the Clinton Police Department, the Rocky Top Police Department, the Oliver Springs Police Department, and the Norris Police Department worked together in carrying out the arrests.

The 18 taken into custody include:

• Christopher Bounds – Felony violation of probation
• Johnathan Elliott – Criminal capias, felony violation of probation, and violation of pretrial release
• Christopher Bratten – Aggravated assault and reckless endangerment
• Sharon Hammons – felony violation of probation
• Lucas Harris – felony violation of probation
• Eric Lane – Arson and tampering with evidence
• Jennifer Lane – Filing a false report and tampering with evidence
• Kenton McMillian – Felony violation of probation
• Nicholas Mitchell – Felony violation of probation
• Logan Sexton – Felony violation of probation
• Jacob Smith – Two counts of felony violation of probation
• Alisa Wright – Filing a false report and tampering with evidence
• Ernest York – Contempt of court and felony violation of probation
• Jeffery Bivens – Felony violation of probation
• Ashley Moser – Three counts of contempt of court and manufacture, delivery, sale, or possession of a controlled substance
• Johnny Freeman – Failure to appear
• Harley Blough – Theft of $1,000 or less
• Justin Hill – Contempt of court
