COMCAST REPRESENTATIVE HEARS COMPLAINTS FROM HARRIMAN CUSTOMERS

A representative from Comcast attended the Harriman city council work session last night (Tuesday, June 20, 2017) to answer questions in regard to the franchise agreement with the city. Harriman Vice Mayor Lonnie Wright, who has been outspoken of the poor service from the cable provider, addressed several questions to Katy Brown with Comcast in regard to what he has seen and heard from the community about poor service from the company. Wright was joined by several people in attendance who commented on their personal experiences with the company. Brown stated she was concerned about the complaints heard and would pass along the remarks to the appropriate personnel with Comcast.
