A disturbance at a home in Cumberland County led to the arrest of a man wanted out-of-state. Deputies recently went to a dwelling on Creston Road where they encountered 43-year-old Christopher Michael Conner. A check revealed Conner was being sought by Wisconsin authorities with full extradition for outstanding child support. Conner was taken into custody and transported to the Cumberland County jail.
