An alert Cumberland County deputy recently spotted a stolen Kia on the 5600 block of Highway 70 East. The officer pulled over 37-year-old Bobby Lynn Norris of Crossville and placed him and a passenger, 22-year-old Taylor Danielle Davis of Crossville, into custody. A search apparently revealed drugs. Norris was charged with theft, simple possession of a Schedule II drug, driving on a suspended or revoked license and served a child support warrant. Davis was charged with theft, manufacture, sale and delivery of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, introducing contraband into a penal institution and tampering with evidence.
