Deputies with the Roane County Sheriff’s Department went to a home on Bayless Street Tuesday night to arrest a man for aggravated sexual battery. Officers took 49-year-old Roger Allen Dagnan, Sr. to jail. According to court documents obtained by 105.7 News today, Dagnan is accused of sexually contacting a bedridden woman. The victim was taken to Roane Medical Center for treatment. Dagnan is being held in the Roane County jail under $100,000 bond.
