ENDANGERED CHILD ALERT ISSUED FOR 2 CHEATHAM COUNTY CHILDREN

The TBI has issued an endangered child alert for two children missing from Cheatham County. 4-year-old Lillyanna Beneke, 2-year-old Ryder Beneke, were reported missing on Tuesday and are believed to be in danger. Lillyanna and Ryder are believed to be with their noncustodial parents, Cody and Danielle Beneke, both aged 27. The TBI said both adults are addicted to heroin and meth. A court granted emergency custody of the children to the state. The TBI said Cody and Danielle Beneke have outstanding warrants and violent criminal histories. They may be driving a green Buick sedan or white van with South Carolina plates. They are believed to be in the area of Mt. Juliet or Hermitage. Anyone who has seen the children or Cody and Danielle Beneke is asked to call the Cheatham County Sheriff’s Department at 615-792-2098 or TBI at 1-800-TBI-FIND.
