A fire around sunrise this morning left a Meigs County business in ruins. Meigs County Emergency Services Director Tony Ferrell told 105.7 News this afternoon that firefighters arrived at The Furniture Shop or known as “The Cabinet Shop” on Highway 304 in Ten Mile to see flames coming from the roof. The building was destroyed and a cause of the fire is undetermined. Ferrell says the structure was build back in the 1970’s. No injuries were reported in the blaze.
