Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for Morgan County and northwestern Anderson County in Tennessee until 1 pm central, 2 pm eastern time Saturday, April 22, 2017.

Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding in the advisory area. Up to one inch of rain has already fallen in the last hour, with another couple of inches possible over the next 2 to 4 hours.
