Yesterday, a Cumberland County deputy observed a driver on Genesis Road traveling 120 miles per hour in a 45 mile per hour zone. The officer caught up to and saw 19-year-old Brandon Dalton Grimes of Morgan County turn onto Elmore Cemetery Road where he pulled over. Grimes was charged with reckless driving, reckless endangerment and evading arrest.
