A Pennsylvania man was arrested in Cumberland County Saturday following a disturbance. Deputies responded to the Citgo station off the Plateau Road exit of I-40 where 25-year-old William Michael Vaughan of Harleysville was sitting in a vehicle in his underwear, incoherent. Vaughan had to be pulled from the vehicle and when he reportedly refused to sit in the patrol cruiser, he was tased in the midsection. Vaughan was charged with resisting arrest and public intoxication.
