The Cumberland County Lady Jets soccer team was honored during tonight’s board of education meeting. The Lady Jets won the regional and district championship this season and came in 8^th in the state.

The Cumberland County High School FFA was also honored. This past October, they attended the National FFA convention in Indianapolis. Several of the members won awards or participated in community service projects. The CCHS FFA group also took part in a recent can food drive that went to the Good Samaritans. The CCHS FFA currently has 175 members.
