Emergency medical personnel see all kinds of things but this may rank toward the top in Crossville early yesterday morning. Police say 58-year-old Ricky Lee Fields was discovered at the EMS station wearing a hospital gown, trying to break into vehicles and being unsteady on his feet. The report states the hospital discharged Fields for meth use. He was arrested for public intoxication.
