A Cumberland County man will serve time in prison for TennCare fraud. Court officials say 55-year-old Danny Lynn Robbins of Crossville was given five years to serve with one year in prison and the rest on supervised probation. Robbins obtained oxycodone using TennCare benefits and then sold the pills to a person who turned out to be an undercover officer with the Crossville Police Department back in September 2016.
