This sprawling complex is slated for the 18-acre parcel of land situated directly behind Starbucks and Advance Auto Parts on Genesis Road. A true passion project for local officials, this development has been quietly and rigorously worked on for a long time by city staff and the mayor, who anticipate it “will be huge for the community” in terms of economic growth and shopping options.
The ambitious plans are finally stepping into the public eye, with the site set to be officially reviewed tomorrow at noon by the Crossville Regional Planning Commission.
