Roane County deputies responded to a home on the 2300 block of Harriman Highway this week for a theft. An employee of Harriman Utility Board told officers that a meter was tampered with and the individual residing there, identified as 35-year-old Dustin Lavone Norton, supposedly was stealing power. Norton was arrested for theft of services.
