A recent tractor-trailer versus an asphalt paver accident in Cumberland County resulted in one being injured. According to the report released last night, Trooper Nicholas Neal says a 1994 Peterbilt driven by 45-year-old Scotty Lynn Scantland of Livingston, Tennessee was attempting to pass the asphalt paver operated by 48-year-old Jimmy Devon Chilton of Alpine on Deep Draw Road when he collided with it. Chilton was injured in the accident. Scantland was not hurt in the crash.
