OVER $16,000 IN VERIZON CELL PHONES STOLEN ENROUTE TO CROSSVILLE
Several thousand dollars in cell phones have reportedly been stolen on their way to the Crossville Verizon Store. A police report cites that a package of cell phones worth $16,500, was shipped to the Crossville store on July 1st. Some time between that date and Sept. 26, the company’s loss prevention notified the store that the shipment had been stolen. They said that the shipment had to be stolen from the Verizon or the UPS Distribution Centers. Local detectives are working with authorities in Davidson County on the case.
