PROTEST GREETS WHITE SUPREMACIST RALLY AT UNIVERSITY OF TENNESSEE
Protesters came out to voice their opposition to the Traditionalist Worker Party on the University of Tennessee campus Saturday despite the rain. Those opposing the white supremacist doctrine said they supported the mentality of the school; that the organization was not wanted on campus. UT Chancellor Beverly Davenport said those were her sentiments as well. About 200 law enforcement officers were dispatched to keep the peace. According to reports no one was arrested. However six citations were handed out for obstructing the highway.
