Some incredible rainfall totals in parts of East Tennessee during the past 24 hours with Powell in Knox County leading the way with one area reporting six and a half inches with serious flooding. Livingston and Rickman recorded almost 3 inches. One to one and a half inches was recorded from Lake Tansi to Crossville to the Tabor community . Sunny and hot in the forecast for Friday through Sunday with highs 90 to 95 across East Tennessee and the plateau . In Crossville we have had some incredible humidity as it only dropped to 69% yesterday and the heat index hit 95 which is very unusual for the plateau
