Two individuals were indicted by a Cumberland County Grand Jury yesterday in regard to an altercation at a bar on Genesis Road back in February. Court documents returned yesterday state 42-year-old Jeremy A. Rockwell of Crossville is charged with reckless endangerment, possession of a handgun while intoxicated and vandalism. His wife, 40-year-old Nichol L. Rockwell, also of Crossville, faces tampering with evidence. Both will be arraigned in criminal court September 14, 2018.
