Funeral Services for Ruth Kemmer Robbins, age 72, will be held on Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at 10:00 AM at Bilbrey Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Grassy Cove Methodist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 10, 2017 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at Bilbrey Funeral Home. Survivors: Husband – Bobby Robbins; Sons – Gary (Belinda) Robbins and Wayne (Angela) Robbins; Grandchildren – Jana Yra and Jaclyn Robbins; Great-Grandchildren – Kieran Yra and Kirie Yra; Brothers – Lawrence Kemmer and Robert Kemmer; and Sisters – Pauline Buchanan and Norma Patterson.
