National Prescription Drug Take Back Day is this Saturday. From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Department will be at the Kroger parking lot, conducting a county-wide drug takeback event. Please bring and dispose of your unused, unwanted and expired prescription, over-the-counter and veterinary medications.

National Prescription Drug Take Back Day is a safe, convenient and responsible means of disposing of unused, unwanted or expired medication, and educating the public about the potential for abuse of medications.
