In the latest scam phone-call alert, someone is calling Fairfield Glade residents in Cumberland County claiming to be raising money for the Fairfield Glade Fire Department. Officials say the department does not solicit funds over the phone. If you receive a call of this nature, simply hang up, or call Fire Chief Bobby Smith at (931) 484-3801 to report it.
