SECOND PERSON DEAD FROM FICOSA SHOOTING INCIDENT

Authorities continue to investigate a “domestic violence” incident after two people died and one person was wounded in a shooting incident in the parking lot of the Ficosa Plant in Cookeville. According to authorities the incident took place at 10:35 Tuesday morning involving two females and one male with the shooter being identified as one of the women. Police say that 30-year-old Angelique Elizabeth Deplae opened a car door and found 20-year-old Tyler Wayne Stults and 35-year-old Rebecca Ann Louise Marion Crowley. Deplae fired a handgun striking both. She then walked to the front of the vehicle and took her own life. It was later learned that Deplae and Stults had a prior domestic relationship. Crowley was transported by helicopter to Erlanger Hospital where she underwent surgery. As of last night, family members said she was in good condition. Stults was taken to Cookeville Hospital but transferred later to a Nashville hospital where he later died. Ficosa manufactures automobile mirror systems and employees 250-300 workers.
