Roane County deputies did not have far to go at all for disturbance last Friday. Officers went next door from the jail to Dollar General where they encountered 32-year-old Joshua Alan Selvidge arguing with the store clerk about the price of a box of cereal. Selvidge supposedly became very loud and approached another customer in an aggressive manner. Selvidge was charged with disorderly conduct.
