ST LOUIS DEFEATS NASHVILLE IN GAME TWO OF STANLEY CUP PLAYOFFS
The Nashville Predators and St Louis Blues kept fans guessing with a close game two for the second round of the Stanley Cup playoffs last night. Neal put the Preds on the board early in the first period. Fiddler was taken out of the game during the first period for game misconduct. Tarasenko fired back towards the end of the first to ties the game. Power plays were exchanged throughout the first two periods, but the tie game stuck at the end of the second period. Ellis brought the lead back for the Preds with a goal early-on in the third period, but the Blues fired back minutes later to bring the game back to 2-2. With less than four minutes in the third, the Blues took the lead 3-2. This is the Predator’s first loss of the postseason. The Preds will host the Blues Sunday at 2 p.m. The series is tied 1-1.
