Sweetwater Police are asking for your help in apprehending a man suspected of taking items from several hotel rooms. A break-in was reported Thursday morning around 7:30, which may be connected to other such thefts. Investigators say that the suspect has been known to enter rooms that are unlocked after waiting for victims to start loading their vehicles from such rooms. He is also believed to have tried to use stolen credit cards in Athens, Cleveland and Lenoir City. The male suspect, was last seen driving a newer model, dark colored sports car, possibly a Mazda.
