Another defendant in the Vanderblt rape case is expected to be sentenced Friday. Brandon Banks was convicted in June for his participation in the rape of a female student at a frat house on the school’s campus. Co-defendants and former football players Brandon Vandenburg and Cory Batey were convicted previously and are serving time in prison. A forth defendant, Jaborian McKenzie, is awaiting trial.
