THREE LOCAL MEN ARRESTED ON DRUG CHARGES

The Cumberland County Sheriff’s Department arrested three individuals on drug charges in separate incidents. Deputies observed a vehicle leaving a known narcotics location Sunday (December 3, 2017) on Park Street. Officers stopped 44-year-old Christopher Michael Raines of Crossville and a two bags of meth and one bag of marijuana was reportedly seized. Yesterday, deputies conducted a traffic stop of a vehicle operated by 49-year-old Donald Gene Hall of Crossville on Mockingbird Drive for a registration violation. Officers reportedly asked if Hall had anything illegal on him. Hall allegedly told deputies he had meth and pills. Also yesterday, deputies stopped a vehicle on Highway 127 South for seat belt violation. A passenger in the vehicle, 45-year-old Ronald Dean Pugh reportedly told officers he was in possession of meth. Pugh, Hall and Raines were each charged with the manufacture, sale and delivery of drugs.
