TRAFFIC STOP RESULTS IN LARGEST METH SEIZURE IN LOUDON COUNTY HISTORY

A traffic stop by Loudon County deputies Easter day resulted in the largest meth seizure in county history. Officers pulled over Ariel Vera-Medina of Camden, New Jersey, and a search of the vehicle revealed several large bundles of meth. Officers say the total weight of meth was 30 pounds and had a street value of well over a half million dollars. Vera-Medina was charged with possession of meth for resale and was arraigned in Loudon County court today.
