TRIAL OF MAN CHARGED WITH THE MURDER OF NIKKI BURGESS SET TO START MAY 15

The trial of a man accused of murdering a former Cumberland County, Tennessee resident is expected to get underway May 15, 2017. Today in court, prosecutors announced plans to call nearly 20 witnesses to testify against 36-year-old Caleb Cannon. Cannon is charged with the death of Nikki Burgess. Detectives believe Cannon killed Burgess in her Hermitage home, placed her body in his vehicle and dumped her body elsewhere.
