Roane County deputies served drug warrants out of general sessions court on a woman Wednesday. Officers state 39-year-old Courtney Nicole Turner is charged with three counts of manufacture, sale and delivery of meth and two counts of failing to appear in court. Turner was taken into custody, booked and processed on these offenses in the Roane County Jail.
