Two individuals from Fentress County are facing shoplifting charges in Cumberland County. Crossville police responded to Walmart this past Monday where they say 35-year-old Mark Anthony Perkins and 28-year-old Stephanie Rae Perkins, both of Jamestown, Tennessee, allegedly tried to take $318 in merchandise without paying. Both were transported to the Cumberland County jail.
