A vehicle accident late this morning (Friday, June 2, 2017) in Harriman resulted in two injures. Harriman police, fire and medical first responders went to the scene on Pansy Hill Road close to the Dollar General Market where the wreck took place. A landing zone was set up close to the scene at the soccer fields next to Riverfront Park where two Lifestar helicopters reportedly landed to transport the two patients to U.T. Medical Center for treatment of injuries. Further information, including the identities of the ones involved, was not available from the Harriman Police Department regarding the accident as of 5 p.m. eastern time today. More information is expected to be released from the Harriman Police Department on Monday.
