U.S.SUPREME COURT WON’T HEAR ROCKY HOUSTON’S GRIEVANCE AGAINST FEDERAL FIREARMS CONVICTION
Rocky Houston’s grievance with his federal firearms conviction won’t be heard by the U.S. Supreme Court. The Roane County News say The Supreme Court of last resort denied his petition earlier this week. The petition sought review of a lower-court decision that said it was alright for agents investigating Houston to install a camera on a public utility pole without getting a warrant to do so. The surveillance camera was placed near his home and the video used from it eventually led to a weapons charge leading to his prison sentence. Houston remains in a federal prison in Kentucky serving a six year sentence.
