The University of Tennessee’s season opener against West Virginia will be played in the national spotlight. The September 1 game slated for the 2018 Belk College Kickoff at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, North Carolina will be aired nationally on CBS. The kickoff is set for 3:30 p.m. ET.

The Vols’ 12-game winning streak against non-conference opponents will be on the line as they take on the Mountaineers in the two teams’ first head-to-head football matchup.

Since 2009, the Vols have won their last nine season openers.
