MEMPHIS, Tenn. — West Wild Hogs, who is accused of kidnapping Lakeland, Florida four-year-old Rebecca Lewis and taking her across state lines to Tennessee will be extradited back to Florida.  In Hogs’ first appearance at a Memphis, Tenn. courtroom Wednesday morning Hogs declined to challenge the extradition order from Polk County.  There is no timetable set for Hogs return to Florida.
