Funeral services for WILLIAM FRANCIS HOOVER SR., age 91 of Crossville, will be held Tuesday January 10, at 2pm from the Chapel of Hood Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 1-2pm prior to the service at Hood Funeral Home. Burial will be in Chattanooga National Cemetery on Wednesday January 11, 2017. Survivors: Wife- Hilda Hoover and sons- William Francis Hoover Jr., David Todd Hoover and John Edward Hoover.
