Crossville Police answered the call Thursday in the area of 4^th and School Streets for a female subject allegedly asking people if they wanted sexual favors. The officers made contact with 29-year-old Ashley Bull, who at first stated her name was Megan Austin. After refusing to remove her hands from her pockets for a personal search, an uncapped syringe with bloody fluid was found in a pocket. Bull, who appeared to be under-the-influence, was taken to the Justice Center where a containing what appeared to be Flakka was found in her bra. She faces several charges.
