A Morgan County woman was indicted by a Cumberland County grand jury yesterday from a wrong-way incident on I-40 earlier this month. Crossville police were called to intercept 30-year-old Vanessa Nicole Tippie of Deer Lodge after five different motorists reported her going the wrong way around the 317 mile marker. Tippie faces charges of reckless endangerment and driving on a revoked license. She will be arraigned in court July 9.
