Work is progressing in repairs to a section of Highway 68 between Grandview and Spring City. TDOT says the work on Highway 68 will run into mid-July. It was scheduled to open May 30, 2018. Currently, there is one lane open, which is controlled by a traffic signal. The road was closed back in April after part of it washed away after days of heavy rain. Motorists are asked to use caution when traveling in this area and plan for extra time in arriving at a destination if using this route. (Photo courtesy of TDOT)
