2 PUTNAM COUNTY ESCAPED INMATES CAPTURED IN LEBANON
Two Putnam County inmates that escaped from a road work crew this week have been captured. Officials say that 23-year-old Jordan Bradley Langford of Sparta, and 21-year-old Michael Wayne Flanigan Jr of Cookeville, were picked up by police in Lebanon Friday morning after crashing the vehicle they were in into a building in the city’s public square. Two unidentified women were also in the car with the inmates. One of the men had to be treated for a dog bite. Authorities suspected that both men were picked up by a vehicle shortly after escaping.
