A multi-agency investigation has led to the arrest of a local man on charges related to the sexual exploitation of a minor.

The Rockwood Police Department, working in close coordination with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) and the District Attorney Russell Johnson’s Office, took Guy Pawley into custody on June 12, 2026. Pawley has been charged with two counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.

The probe began on May 14, 2026. According to authorities, investigators identified Pawley as a suspect following an extensive review of both digital and physical evidence collected during the initial weeks of the case.
