A convicted sex offender labeled violent has been charged in Cumberland County with violation of the offender registry. Deputies took 39-year-old David Wayne Blake into custody at a home on Cow Pen Road. He was taken to jail and initially placed under $6,000 bond. Court officials state Blake was convicted in 1999 for molestation of a child.
