A White County woman has been indicted for a fatal vehicle crash. Tiffanie Chapman, age 25, is charged with two counts of vehicular homicide and driving violations. The accident took place on Smithville Highway near John Kirby Loop. Chapman was hurt with a 3-year-old, who later died at Vanderbilt Medical Center. Chapman was seven months pregnant at the time of the crash. The baby was delivered at Vanderbilt Medical and pronounced deceased. The crash report said a child restraint device was not used on the 3-year-old.
