Crossville is one step closer to getting a permanent city manager. The Municipal Technical Advisory Service has submitted the applicants, in ranked order, back to the city council for their review. The top 12 candidates in order are Cary Colaianni of Eagle, Idaho; Harry Staven of Richland, Washington; Greg Wood of Baker, Florida; Terence Arrington of Greenville, South Carolina; James Hubbard of Bedford, Texas; Steve Foote of Dunwoody, Georgia; Sammy Ragsdale of Dodge City, Kansas; Dennis Sparks of Hopewell, Virginia; Steven Hicks of Orlando, Florida; current interim City Manager Steve Hill; former police chief Rod Shoap and Tina Tuggle of Kingston.
