CUMBERLAND COUNTY MAN FACING NUMEROUS CHARGES FOLLOWING GRAND JURY INDICTMENTS
A Cumberland County man is facing numerous charges after being indicted by a grand jury this week. Court documents show 47-year-old Jad Khalil Mubarak of Crossville faces three counts of aggravated assault and one count each of theft under $1,000, reckless endangerment and evading arrest. Mubarak allegedly placed two men in fear of bodily injury by way of a knife and a deputy sheriff by way of a vehicle in March of this year. Mubarak also allegedly took items from a Crossville Walmart in March 2017. He will be arraigned in Cumberland County Criminal Court May 12, 2017.
