CUMBERLAND CROSSINGS PLANS TO BE PRESENTED SOON TO CITY COUNCIL
The Crossville City Council unanimously approved during a special meeting this afternoon to allow the city attorney to start negotiations with the developer attorney for the proposed Cumberland Crossings shopping center. The site would be built on property on North Main Street about a mile south of I-40 at an estimated cost of $45 million. The center would have retail stores and one grocery business. Councilwoman Pamela Harris said this is a great chance to bring several new companies to Crossville. The city attorney will return before the city council at a future meeting with possible plans on how to proceed with Cumberland Crossings.
